Mission Statement  2009

The RCPA is the collective voice of the citizens of Rock Creek working cooperatively and with their consent to help maintain and develop necessary civic and neighborhood functions and to protect the full biological integrity, inherent beauty and rural nature of the drainage.

The Rock Creek Protective Association was formed in 1974. Any owner or resident on Rock Creek from the mouth to Kyle Bohrnsen Bridge is eligible to be a member. Over the past 22 years, the RCPA has been involved in a variety of projects that improved the quality of life in the valley, presented a collective voice with other organizations such as the Forest Service, and organized social events that allowed neighbors to get to know each other.

Board Meetings are held at least quarterly and the annual meeting is held in either July or August. All meetings are open to the public and the dates of such meetings are posted in the What's Happening section of this web site.
